Thank you for shopping with GAYSBIE. Our products are made especially for you, so every order requires production time before it is shipped.
Order Processing
Most orders are produced within 3–7 business days. During busy periods, large orders, product launches, or holidays, processing may take up to 8 business days.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
United States Delivery Estimates
Depending on product availability, orders may be fulfilled from either our United States facility or an international facility.
• Orders fulfilled within the United States usually arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Orders fulfilled internationally usually arrive approximately 10–15 business days after dispatch.
• The total estimated time from placing your order to delivery is generally 6–14 business days for US-fulfilled products and 13–22 business days for internationally fulfilled products.
These delivery windows are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Rates depend on the products ordered, total packed weight, quantity, delivery address, fulfilment location, and selected shipping service.
As a general guide, shipping for one lightweight T-shirt to a United States address may start at approximately $4.44–$4.96. Additional products may add approximately $0.50–$2.77 per item. Heavier products—including hoodies—and express services will cost more.
The final rate shown at checkout is the applicable shipping charge for your order.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to begin showing movement after the shipping label is created.
Multiple Packages
Products in the same order may occasionally be produced at different facilities or shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one package and tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping after checkout.
Address Changes
Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.
Because production can begin quickly, address changes cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may be unable to change or redirect it. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incomplete or incorrect address was supplied.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If tracking has not updated for several business days or your order has exceeded the estimated delivery window, please contact us at HELLO@GAYSBIE.COM.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot find the package, please check around the delivery location, ask other household members or neighbours, and contact the carrier. Then contact us so we can help investigate.
