Eligibility for Returns  
We only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective. To be eligible, you must request a return within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

Return Process  
To initiate a return, please contact us by emailing HELLO@GAYSBIE.COM and include your order number in the email. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.

If your return is approved, you will be required to send the item back to the manufacturer. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.

Refunds  
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Important Notes  
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.  
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that are requested after the 7-day window.  
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
